Returns & exchanges

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please register your return through our return portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been registered, you will automatically receive a return shipping label.

For international returns, we will provide a return shipping label (FedEx, DHL Freight, or UPS depending on the original shipment) and ensure the correct customs documentation is used so that the package is declared properly and arrives safely.

The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may also arrange your own return shipping if you prefer. In that case, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is correctly declared as a returned item in the customs declaration so that no import duties, taxes, or carrier administration fees are charged to us.

If a return shipped independently results in charges to us due to incorrect customs documentation, Meadow reserves the right to refuse the shipment or deduct any duties, taxes, shipping costs, and administration fees from the refund.

Returns can also be made in-store.

Once you have registered your return, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

Return Conditions

Processing of returns can take up to 7 working days once received.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns submitted outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • Please reuse the original shipping bag when sending your return. Our shipping bags are designed to be reused and provide the correct protection during transport.
  • If the original bag is not available, please use a similar durable shipping bag.
  • Please do not ship returns using product packaging (such as shoe boxes) as the outer package.
  • Returns that have not been registered through the return portal may be refused.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, you will need to place a new order through our website.

The original item should be registered for return through our return portal and sent back in accordance with our return policy.

Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued for the returned item.

Your new order will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping procedures once it has been placed.

We are unable to reserve items or guarantee availability while waiting for a return to arrive.

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please register the issue through our return portal.

If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • A full refund, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds to debit and credit cards are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after approval.

PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on PayPalโ€™s policies.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or carrier administration fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Important Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases involving faulty items.

  • International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear or use.
  • Excessive returns or return behaviour that suggests products are being used with the intention of returning them may result in future orders being declined.
